In collaboration with the Palau Community College, the University of Guam School of Business and Public Administration (SBPA) offers a 3+1 program which allows students who receive an associate’s degree at PCC to continue their academic journey and achieve another degree of higher education -- a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice -- in one year!
Below is a checklist of courses for PCC students to complete which will perfectly set them up for our PCCxUOG 3+1 Program. “Additional Courses” have equivalent courses at UOG and we encourage PCC students to complete at their home college. Once the additional courses are completed, students will complete their final year at UOG, completing the SBPA Major courses listed below.

Yes. If you have received your Associate’s Degree at PCC, you will have UOG’s General Education requirements waived. Students with an AA degree will begin with UOG”s CJ major courses.

No. The PCC/UOG 3+1 program is available for any PCC students in any of PCC’s Associate Degree programs.
